(additional $200-$225 per hour)

Receive ongoing ADHD Coaching and Psychotherapy

(additional $150-$190 per hour)

$1300 to $1500

ADHD FAQ

This program is for you if you struggle most days with:

– being distracted and not able to focus on what you need to do
-being forgetful or misplacing things
-feeling scattered or overwhelmed
-have difficulty getting started or finishing tasks/chores/activities
(especially when it’s something you want to do!)
– get bored easily or feel like you always have to be doing
something
-Constantly overestimate/underestimate time it takes to do things
or go places


Our program gathers an in-depth understanding of a persons
challenges and offers a unique, holistic approach to support.
However, at the end of assessment, ADHD may be diagnosed, but it may not. Importantly, you’ll receive a detailed report with
recommendations and have the opportunity to discuss the next steps
with our psychologist, whether a diagnosis is made or not.


If you are looking for medication only for your ADHD, we are NOT the right clinic for you. Our approach is integrative and constitutes of various modalities that are listed on this page. We
believe that ADHD requires a multidisciplinary approach.

Most of the treatments under this program are not covered by OHIP but might be covered by your extended insurance plan.

We recommend either booking a call with one of our Patient Intake Managers to review the program and they will be able to assist with booking your first appointment. Alternatively, if you want to get started, please send us an email and we can help schedule your appointment.

You can choose to pay for the program at once or pay in 4 installments consisting of 3 payments of $225 and 1 last payment of $ 525.

Beyond Exceptional

I recently saw a Psychologist and now am using quite a few of their services. A very unique care model - one that we really need with a lot of different specialities working together to deliver collaborative care. Customer service has been beyond exceptional. The actual clinic is brand new and very nice. Wait to see psychiatrist can be high but receptionists are very kind and call if he is running behind.

Dr Jamal Lake is the best psychologist! He is sincere in what he does and goes above and beyond what is expected of him.
