Therapy is right for you if you are looking to improve certain conditions like anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, interpersonal relationship issues, substance abuse, sleep hygiene, ADHD, and more! It is all about making a proactive change in finding purpose, self-awareness, and developing a better quality of life.

$225 +HST per session, depending on the credentials of the Practitioner.

We have licensed practitioners in the field of psychotherapy, psychology, and psychiatry.

Psychotherapy: provides talk-therapy and day-to-day symptom management.

Psychologists: provides talk-therapy, clinical assessment, and diagnosis.

Psychiatry: provides prescriptions for medication management of symptoms(only available for our Therapy clients at the moment)

We have psychiatrists available for our talk-therapy patients. If during your sessions it is determined that you would benefit from seeing a psychiatrist, your psychotherapist or psychologist will connect you with our operations team and they will help facilitate the process. We are an integrative clinic and do not believe in a Medication only approach.

Please be aware that we require at least a 48 hours of advanced notice for all cancellation or rescheduling. Missed appointments or short notice cancellations are subject to a partial or full fee.

We are happy to bill directly to your insurance provider if they allow it. We require a valid credit card on file to enroll in our direct billing program. Your first appointment is not eligible for direct billing and will need to be paid by a credit card.

Beyond Exceptional

I recently saw a Psychologist and now am using quite a few of their services. A very unique care model - one that we really need with a lot of different specialities working together to deliver collaborative care. Customer service has been beyond exceptional. The actual clinic is brand new and very nice. Wait to see psychiatrist can be high but receptionists are very kind and call if he is running behind.

Dr Jamal Lake is the best psychologist! He is sincere in what he does and goes above and beyond what is expected of him.
