We offer direct billing to insurance when and where we can. All insurance providers have their own requirements and specificities, and we do our best to work within these for the greatest benefit to our patients.
In general, we can bill most insurance companies directly for services booked and billed as Psychology and Social Work. This includes psychology appointments provided by psychotherapists. We cannot bill directly for psychotherapy appointments.

If your provider is not on this list, Contact us and we will let you know if we accept it.
Kindly be aware that OHIP does not cover psychology, psychotherapy, or social work appointments. The provincial health plan is applicable only to medical doctors and nurses. Psychiatry appointments are therefore covered by OHIP, meaning your family doctor must send us a referral before we can book you. Kindly keep in mind that across the province there are wait times for psychiatry of up to six months. We do our best to have approved patients seen as promptly as possible.
