Ninat has worked with individuals with a variety of emotional and mental health concerns including stress, anxiety, depression and addiction. Her primary areas of interest are in women’s health (fertility, pregnancy, motherhood and sexuality) and interpersonal relationships. Ninat has specialized training in art therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy. She draws on these assorted modalities to offer an individualized approach that is collaborative, person-centred, and strengths-based. Ninat’s aim is to support you, wherever you are in your personal journey, offering you a safe and accepting environment to enable self-exploration, overcome life’s challenges and facilitate personal growth. Fusing conversation with creative and experiential methods to root mind in body, you will take tangible steps on your path toward wellness.
Education: Ninat received her Bachelor’s degree from York University, and her Master’s from Concordia University. Ninat is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and is a part-time faculty member at the Toronto Art Therapy Institute (TATI).
