My approach to therapy is rooted in curiosity, self-compassion, and a genuine belief in your capacity to heal. I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel safe, heard, and deeply valued. To me, therapy is not about quick fixes; it’s a collaborative journey toward meaningful, lasting change.
I specialize in working with adults navigating the complex ripple effects of trauma. This may manifest as borderline personality disorder (BPD),suicidal ideation, anxiety, disordered eating, perfectionism, or emotiondysregulation. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to face it alone.
My work is informed by a strong foundation in science and a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection. Understanding why we react the way we do can be a powerful step in healing. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and psychodynamic approaches to meet you where you are.
Together, we’ll co-create a treatment plan that honors your unique needs, values, and goals to support you in becoming a more grounded, compassionate, and connected version of yourself.
