Music Used in Music Therapy
During a Music Therapy session, you will work with our Certified Music Therapist on an effective treatment plan that consists of different methods and Therapy modalities for your individual needs. Here are some common methods used in Music Therapy for Mental Health:

- Playing pre-composed and improvised music
- Using instruments
- Listening to music and learning how to use preferred music meaningfully (ex: creating theraputic playlists)
