Our Clinicians will conduct separate Clinical Interviews to understand primary concerns, family mental health and medical history & the current symptoms impacting your life.
Our Clinicians will review documentation such as Report Cards, IEPs, and Previous Evaluations (if any).
This stage includes tests for:
- Intellectual & Academic Achievement
- Behavior & Cognitive Functioning
- Sustained Attention
- Visual & Verbal Memory
- Visual Motor Integration
Your Assessing Psychologist will discuss the Assessment Findings & provide recommendations for school/work and life at home.
A report with recommendations to support your overall well being and academic success will be received following the Feedback Session.

The typical turnaround time for a Psychoeducational Assessment can vary depending on several factors, including the complexity of the Assessment, availability to complete live testing, the number of Tests Administered, and the Completion of Forms. In general, the Turnaround Time can range from 6-8 weeks.
Our primary focus is to assist individuals in better understanding their learning styles, cognitive abilities, and educational needs. We strive to offer the necessary support and interventions to help each individual reach their full potential, regardless of a formal diagnosis.
At the end of the Assessment process a Diagnosis may or may not be given. Each person is unique, and not every client will meet criteria for a Psychological Diagnosis of a Mental Health Disorder following a comprehensive assessment.
Nevertheless, our Program will help you understand all the challenges affecting your life and provide actionable insights to improve performance, quality of life, and suggest school/work accommodations (if needed).

Yes, our team consists of Licensed and Registered Mental Health Professionals with diverse areas of expertise.
Our treatment modalities are rooted in evidence-based goal-oriented practices, ensuring effective treatment approaches. We strive to offer the most current and evidence-supported treatments available.
Our Therapy Treatments include:
- Individual Therapy: One-on-one counseling sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual.
- Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Helping individualst develop coping skills and challenge negative thought patterns.
- Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT): Helping individuals understand difficult feelings and emotions and develop skills to better manage them.
- Family Therapy: Addressing family dynamics and strengthening relationships.
The cost of the program is $3,500.00 and the payment schedule is:
- $500 deposit during Initial Consultation to secure spot in the program
- $1,500 payment in-person after the first Testing session
- $1,500 payment in-person after the second Testing session
You will receive fourteen (14) receipts of 60-minute charges of $250 to submit to your insurance provider for Psychology services.
