Ravia Habeeb is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She is dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients feel genuinely heard and supported. Ravia works with adults navigating challenges such as relationship conflicts, workplace or legal stress, the emotional impact of caregiving, childhood trauma, and symptoms of anxiety, depression, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
Ravia’s approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also incorporates elements of mindfulness and trauma-informed care to support clients in emotion regulation, building resilience, and self-compassion.
Ravia helps clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, effective coping strategies, and reconnecting with what matters most to them. She believes that meaningful change begins in a safe therapeutic relationship rooted in warmth, authenticity, and respect for each client’s unique journey.
Ravia holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and continues to expand her knowledge through professional development in evidence-based and trauma-informed practices. She is passionate about helping clients navigate life transitions, rediscover a sense of purpose, and move toward meaningful change.
