Rame’s unwavering commitment to mental health, social justice, and community well-being is the driving force behind his career as a Registered Social Worker. His expertise is deeply rooted in evidence-based therapeutic frameworks, such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Rame’s diverse experience spans working with children (with varying abilities), adolescents, and families, as well as adults living with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI), addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. His particular passion lies in supporting individuals in managing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and family dynamics, with specific interests in 2SLGBTQIA+, couples and men’s mental health. He is known for his empathetic and client-centred approach, fostering an environment of trust, safety, self-awareness, and empowerment in his therapeutic relationships.

Education: Rame is a Registered Social Worker (MSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). He holds an Honours Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Windsor with a specialization in psychology and a Master’s Degree in Health-Focused Social Work from the University of Waterloo. Also, Rame has an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from St. Clair College.
