Life can feel overwhelming at any age. Experiences of betrayal, anxiety, trauma, or depression can leave anyone—child, teen, or adult—feeling unsure, disconnected, or burdened by emotions that seem too heavy to carry alone. These feelings may stem from sudden changes, painful relationships, or challenges that slowly wear a person down, making it harder to trust, feel confident, or navigate everyday life. No one has to face these moments alone.

Brooke holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy. With a professional background working closely with youth in the foster care system, Brooke has witnessed the incredible resilience it takes to face instability, loss, and stigma. This experience has deepened her commitment to creating inclusive, supportive spaces where children, teens, and adults feel safe, respected, and truly heard.

In her work, Brooke draws on person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and compassion-focused therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. Person-centered therapy places clients and their experiences at the heart of each session, ensuring that their voice guides the therapeutic path. CBT provides practical tools to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, making it easier to manage intense emotions and build healthier ways of thinking and behaving. Compassion-focused therapy nurtures self-kindness and resilience, helping clients develop a deeper sense of confidence and acceptance.

Brooke works with children (8+), teenagers, adults, and couples. For children, she uses age-appropriate approaches that encourage curiosity, playfulness, and emotional expression, helping them build trust and develop healthy coping skills. For teens and adults, she offers a nonjudgmental environment to explore identity, relationships, and personal challenges while building tools for balance and confidence. For couples, Brooke supports partners in improving communication, rebuilding trust, and strengthening their connection, even during times of uncertainty or strain.

No matter the age or situation, Brooke’s goal is to walk alongside clients as they work toward healing and growth. Together, she helps ease anxiety, process trauma, rebuild self-trust, and move forward with renewed clarity and hope. Brooke believes that every person deserves to feel valued, supported, and empowered, and she is dedicated to helping clients take meaningful steps toward a brighter, more fulfilling future.
