I offer counselling services for a myriad of mental health concerns, including: depression, anxiety, eating disorders, body dissatisfaction, relational concerns, and more. Through counselling, you will learn about your own strengths and limits; develop a greater understanding of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours; and establish skills to overcome life’s challenges. It may be a journey, but it’s not one you must take alone.
Since 2018, my professional career and continued education has taken a keen focus on the field of eating disorders. I am trained in numerous eating disorder therapies from both CBT & DBT lenses, and integrate weight-neutral principles in my work. With this knowledge, I can assist clients in building a more accepting relationship with food and their bodies.
My approach is non-judgmental, flexible and genuine, and I work hard to provide a safe and validating environment for my clients. I use an integrative and trauma-informed approach to therapy and counselling, pulling from numerous therapeutic-modalities and skill-sets.
