With extensive experience across hospital, community, long-term care, and corporate sectors, Arundhati Joshi provides nutrition services to both adult and pediatric populations. Specializing in nutrition for chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, oncology, and weight management, Arundhati also brings expertise in mental health nutrition, including eating disorders and ARFID.

 

Her practice is guided by evidence-based frameworks and rooted in the philosophies of Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating, emphasizing person-centered care that respects individual needs and lived experiences.

 

Passionate about harnessing the nutritional value of food to support holistic well-being, Arundhati integrates clinical knowledge with compassionate approaches to empower clients in achieving sustainable health goals. She also focuses on helping individuals improve their relationship with food, fostering balance, trust, and long-term resilience.

 

Arundhati is fluent in Hindi and Marathi, allowing her to connect with diverse communities and provide culturally sensitive nutrition care.

 

Education: Arundhati is a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and has been practicing dietetics for several years.

With over 20 years of experience, Sarah offers a compassionate, strength-based, holistic therapy space that supports youth, adults, families, and parents. She is trained in CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. In addition to her professional role, Sarah is also a mom, which brings an added depth of empathy and understanding to her work with children and families.
