No. However, these sessions are facilitated by a Registered Social Worker with extensive experience in Eating Disorder Recovery.
No. These sessions are open to anyone navigating eating disorder recovery who would benefit from additional support.
No. These groups are designed to complement individual therapy, nutrition support, or medical care. If you are currently in treatment, NourishED Circle can serve as an adjunct support alongside your care team.
You may still participate. With your consent, NourishED Circle can coordinate with your existing care team to ensure these sessions support your overall treatment plan.
Sessions are held virtually and facilitated by eating-disorder-trained clinicians. Groups are structured, supportive, and grounded in clear pro-recovery guidelines.
Yes. You do not need to have everything figured out. Many participants join because they want support staying grounded in recovery while navigating real-life challenges.
You may attend individual sessions or participate regularly, depending on your needs and availability.
Groups are confidential and guided by clear agreements. While no virtual space can guarantee absolute privacy, participants receive guidance on protecting confidentiality and all members are expected to uphold it.
