Sarah’s approach is compassionate, client-centred, and non-judgmental, and she is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for clients. Sarah practices from an intuitive eating, non-diet, and weight-inclusive framework, grounded in the principles of Health at Every Size®. She uses evidence-based care to support individuals in healing their relationship with food, eating, and body image.
Sarah has specialized training in both adolescent and adult eating disorders and draws from a range of therapeutic frameworks, including Family-Based Therapy (FBT), Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She supports clients in challenging rigid food rules, developing attunement to internal cues, and fostering a more peaceful and sustainable relationship with food and their bodies.
Sarah Krupat is a Registered Dietitian licensed through the College of Dietitians of Ontario. She completed her Bachelor of Applied Science in Food and Nutrition at Toronto Metropolitan University, as well as her dietetic practicum in collaboration with North York General Hospital. Sarah also holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Toronto.
