Sarah’s approach is compassionate, client-centred, and non-judgmental, and she is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for clients. Sarah practices from an intuitive eating, non-diet, and weight-inclusive framework, grounded in the principles of Health at Every Size®. She uses evidence-based care to support individuals in healing their relationship with food, eating, and body image.
