Elena Viola is a Registered Psychologist and a member of the College of Psychologists in Good standing, who works with children and adolescents up to the age of 18 years old. She is also a member of the Ontario Psychological Association and the Canadian Psychological Association.
With over 22 years of experience supporting children and families, she helps parents better understand their child’s learning profile, strengths and needs, and navigate challenges.
Elena specializes in psychoeducational assessments for ADHD, executive functioning challenges, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and cognitive giftedness. Elena has been employed by one of our local school boards for over 22 years working closely with students, parents, and educators to support children’s learning, emotional well-being, and overall development. As a school psychologist, she is able to bring extensive school-based experience to help families better understand their child’s unique learning profile and needs, and build confidence both at home and school.
Known for her strengths-based approach, she takes the time to listen, explain results in clear, practical language, and provide meaningful recommendations that support children both at school and home. Her goal is not just to provide a diagnosis, but to help parents truly understand their child — why certain things feel harder, what’s getting in the way, and how to support them moving forward.
Above all, Elena helps families feel informed, supported, and confident as they advocate for their child — so your child can feel understood, capable, and empowered to succeed.
