We all carry pieces of our past with us. Together, we can explore how they show up and begin to shift the way they shape our lives.
Kiran is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa. She approaches therapy with warmth, presence, and respect for the depth of each person’s experience. Recognizing the ways culture, identity, and personal history shape each individual, Kiran offers a space that welcomes your full self – without fear of judgement or expectation.
Taking an integrative approach, Kiran works with clients to explore the roots of thoughts, emotions, and behaviours that feel difficult to untangle.Together, they look at how past experiences may continue to echo in the present – often in ways that affect relationships, self-trust, and emotional wellbeing. With care and curiosity, she supports clients in understanding parts of themselves that feel conflicted, stuck, or misunderstood, creating space for healing and new ways of engaging with life. Drawing from cognitive, attachment-based, emotionally focused, and acceptance-based approaches, she tailors interventions to meet the needs of each client.
As a South Asian therapist, Kiran brings an understanding of the cultural and intergenerational dynamics that can shape personal and relational struggles. With experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, Kiran strives to help clients make sense of their experiences, discover new perspectives, and move toward a life that feels fulfilling and meaningful to them.
