Supervised Practitioner

Rikki takes a holistic, trauma-informed approach, recognizing the connection between thoughts, emotions, and the physical ways our experiences can show up and be felt. She strives to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, work through challenges, and build understanding.

Rikki works with individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and more. She also welcomes clients who are looking for deeper self-understanding or who want to build healthier patterns in daily life.

Balancing compassionate support with practical strategies, Rikki adapts her approach to each person’s unique needs, helping them take meaningful steps toward growth, insight, and well-being.
