Sarah Libman (she/her), RSW is a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of experience providing clinical social work services to adults across a range of mental health and life challenges. Her work is grounded in professionalism, consistency, and a collaborative approach that prioritizes safety, clarity, and client autonomy.
Sarah supports adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, crisis situations, and ongoing difficulties with emotional regulation and interpersonal functioning. She has experience working with individuals diagnosed with or exploring Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), ADHD, and other forms of neurodivergence. Her approach is structured and strengths-based, with a focus on building practical coping strategies, improving distress tolerance, and supporting clients in navigating complex emotional and relational patterns.
Her practice is trauma-informed and evidence-based, drawing primarily from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and integrative clinical frameworks. Sarah works collaboratively with clients to identify goals, develop skills, and support sustainable change over time.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Carleton University and a Master of Social Work from Yeshiva University’s Wurzweiler School of Social Work in New York City. She is a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
