BeWell Health Centers are the GTA’s most comprehensive Psychological Wellness Institutions. As believers in a multifaceted approach to mental health, our team is comprised of industry-leading Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Registered Psychotherapists, and Registered Social Workers.
For our clients, we provide Integrative Psychological care for the whole family. For our Clinicians, our focus is on providing a respectful, rich, fulfilling, and collaborative environment.
Our three clinics are conveniently located in the South Mississauga, Financial District of Toronto, and Corktown/Durand area of Hamilton. We offer comprehensive outpatient services that focus on Assessment and Treatment/management for Addictions, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, Eating Disorders, ADHD, and more. Our clinics address diverse issues across various populations, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

Requirements
Main Responsibilities
- Provide formal assessments and diagnostic assessments (DSM-V-TR), written reports, and recommendations for adults
- Provide psychotherapy interventions to adults and/or couples
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely fashion
- Work independently and collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide both assessment and treatment services
- Provide consultation regarding psychological services to individuals, families, partner agencies, and the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain high level of professional practice standards and ethics
Minimum eligibility includes:
- M.A., Ph.D., or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology
- Member in good standing with the Ontario College of Psychologists (CPO)
- 3+ years of clinical experience, post-registration
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge of eating disorders, including their psychological, physical, and social impact, as well as evidence-based treatment approaches
- Demonstrated experience in clinical interviewing, diagnosis and formulation, consultation; knowledge of typical and atypical lifespan development; experience with a broad range of psychometric tools and principles; and statistical knowledge
- Demonstrated experience working with adults, and experience participating on an interdisciplinary team
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal, problem solving, and time management skills
- Proficiency in technology is essential, including familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems and Microsoft 365 applications
- A stable high-speed internet connection, a private home office, and the ability to conduct tele-therapy sessions are mandatory if working remotely
- Candidates must secure their own professional liability insurance

Compensation
BeWell Health Centers offer a range of competitive compensation options consistent with your level of credentialing. Examples of compensation packages include guaranteed daily rate, base-salary, or practitioner split models.
We are happy to offer salaried roles. We offer a base of $150k-$170k for full time and adjusted proportionately for part time roles. We also offer generous vacation and benefits plan along with flexible working hours and a hybrid of virtual/in-person.
