We are private Mental Wellness Centres and our Talk Therapy services (Psychotherapy, Social Work, and Psychology) as well as our Assessment Programs are covered under most private insurance companies. With over 20 years of experience, Sarah offers a compassionate, strength-based, holistic therapy space that supports youth, adults, families, and parents. She is trained in CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. In addition to her professional role, Sarah is also a mom, which brings an added depth of empathy and understanding to her work with children and families.
Shiri is a dually registered Clinical Psychologist and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. She has extensive experience working with neurodivergent children, teens, and their families, including conducting developmental, diagnostic and psychoeducational assessments.
