Corrine has worked with individuals who have experienced painful traumatic lives, grief, and painful emotion states, including depression, anxiety, anger, shame and guilt. She has helped individuals with drug and alcohol addictions, and individuals who struggle with debilitating chronic pain. Stress, life transitions, and workplace burnout are also of professional interest to her, as well as personal growth and development. She draws from many psychotherapeutic modalities including CBT, mindfulness, emotion-focused and motivational interviewing. Her desire is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment, so that you feel free to explore your difficult life situations and emotions. As a psychotherapist she will facilitate a process of self-exploration, insight, and change, in order to improve the quality of your life, and overcome difficult life problems.
Education: She is a Candidate in the M. Ed. (Counselling Psychology) Program. She is a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and is a member of the Ontario Association of Counsellors, Consultants, Psychometrists, and Psychotherapists (OACCPP).
