Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Kathryn is dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Her approach is centred on connection and collaboration, supporting you to move toward growth and change in a way that feels manageable and authentic. Kathryn helps clients make sense of their experiences, discover new perspectives, and move toward a life that feels fulfilling and meaningful.

Kathryn brings a unique perspective from her background as a holistic nutritionist, where she specializes in supporting women’s health, gut health and eating disorders through one-on-one client work. Growing up as an athlete and now a marathon runner herself, she understands firsthand the challenges and pressures of striving for peak performance while maintaining balance and self-care.

Her work is rooted in evidence-based practices and guided by an appreciation for the mind-body connection. She draws from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to meet you where you are at.

Kathryn holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Health Studies, a Certificate in Applied Human Nutrition, and is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner.
