Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Sometimes, seeking counselling can feel daunting, especially when you’ve reached your limit. Taking the courageous step to begin therapy is an act of strength, resilience, and self-love. Welcome to a safe, inclusive, and supportive space where your mental and emotional well-being takes center stage.

Mouna provides compassionate support to individuals navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and the complexities of trauma. Whether these experiences stem from relationships, family dynamics, or other life circumstances, she understands that each person’s healing journey is unique and deeply personal.

In your work together, she will take a trauma-informed and person-centred approach to explore the underlying issues at your pace. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs, helping you uncover the tools, insights, and inner resources to create meaningful and lasting change. Healing requires a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions freely, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate self-love and self-compassion.

With Mouna, you will collaborate to develop a personalized plan that empowers you to reclaim your sense of self, strengthen resilience, and move toward a renewed sense of well-being.

Mouna is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mount Royal University. She has begun her career working across various sectors in social work, including schools, mental health and addictions, and the domestic violence field. Mouna has experience supporting diverse populations and is passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and care.
