Registered Dietitian

Nicole has over a decade of experience supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, and challenges with exercise. She is known for building strong rapport through a compassionate, respectful, and collaborative approach rooted in non-diet, weight-inclusive, and neurodiversity-affirming care. She is known for her curious, kind, and collaborative approach. Nicole creates a space where clients feel safe, understood, and respected, while also offering honest and direct guidance when needed.
She strives to create a safe and trusting space where clients feel understood and empowered to move toward their goals in a way that aligns with their unique values. Nicole takes time to understand the whole person, helping clients navigate the mixed messages of diet culture, identify barriers to change, and nourish both body and mind.
Nicole takes a whole person approach, integrating recent training in interoceptive awareness to help clients reconnect with internal cues and rebuild trust with their bodies. She supports clients in untangling the impact of diet culture, exploring barriers to change, and developing patterns of nourishment that feel both supportive and realistic. Her work is grounded in non-diet, weight-inclusive, and neurodiversity-affirming care. She draws from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Intuitive Eating, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), CBT-E, CBT-T, CBT-AR, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
She specializes in eating disorders, disordered eating, compulsive exercise, and diabetes care, and is passionate about helping individuals find lasting food freedom and a more peaceful relationship with themselves. Nicole has extensive experience working across all eating disorder presentations, including Binge Eating Disorder, Bulimia Nervosa, Anorexia Nervosa, Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder, and ARFID. She also supports individuals navigating compulsive exercise and the intersection of eating disorders and diabetes care.
Nicole is registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology, specializing in Foods and Nutrition, at Brescia University College, followed by an internship through the Northern Ohio Dietetic Internship Program in Barrie. She began her career in Barrie as a Certified Diabetes Educator before relocating to Windsor.
