Nicole has over a decade of experience supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, and challenges with exercise. She is known for building strong rapport through a compassionate, respectful, and collaborative approach rooted in non-diet, weight-inclusive, and neurodiversity-affirming care.
She strives to create a safe and trusting space where clients feel understood and empowered to move toward their goals in a way that aligns with their unique values. With curiosity and care, Nicole takes time to understand the whole person, helping clients navigate the mixed messages of diet culture, identify barriers to change, and nourish both body and mind.
For the past 12+ years, Nicole has remained dedicated to helping individuals heal their relationship with food, movement, and their bodies. She integrates a range of evidence-based approaches into her work, including Intuitive Eating, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), CBT-E, CBT-T, CBT-AR, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
She specializes in eating disorders, disordered eating, compulsive exercise, and diabetes care, and is passionate about helping individuals find lasting food freedom and a more peaceful relationship with themselves.
