Supriya is a dedicated Psychotherapist offering a person-centered, holistic approach to therapy. As a second-generation Canadian of Hindu Punjabi descent, Supriya brings a culturally sensitive perspective to her practice.


Her therapeutic approach integrates Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) modalities, tailored to address a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions.  Her goal is to create a nurturing environment where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions, fostering personal growth and resilience.


She holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree from York University, along with certification in rehabilitation services from Seneca College. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, Supriya brings a wealth of academic knowledge and practical experience to her practice.
