BeWell Health Centers are the GTA’s most comprehensive Psychological Wellness Institutions. As believers in a multifaceted approach to mental health, our team is comprised of industry-leading Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Registered Psychotherapists, and Registered Social Workers.
For our clients, we provide Integrative Psychological care for the whole family. For our Clinicians, our focus is on providing a respectful, rich, fulfilling, and collaborative environment.
Our three clinics are conveniently located in the South Mississauga, Financial District of Toronto, and Corktown/Durand area of Hamilton. We offer comprehensive outpatient services that focus on Assessment and Treatment/management for Addictions, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, Eating Disorders, ADHD, and more. Our clinics address diverse issues across various populations, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
About You
We are looking to add Registered Psychotherapists and Social Workers to our team to deliver quality patient-centered care while following leading clinical practices. If you resonate with any of the following scenarios, we invite you to reach out:
- You have extensive experience supporting clients with eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, binge-eating disorder, or disordered eating behaviors, using evidence-based therapies like CBT-E, DBT, or FBT.
- You’re currently in solo practice but miss the collaborative energy of working with other professionals in a dynamic team setting.
- You’ve been working in public healthcare and are seeking a better work-life balance, with the added security of a salaried role, full-time benefits, and a supportive workplace.
- You appreciate the flexibility of virtual care but also value face-to-face client sessions in a professional office space.
- You prefer the stability and structure of a professional clinical setting over the unpredictability of private practice.

Qualifications
- Fully registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers (OCSWSSW).
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Specialized training and experience in the treatment of eating disorders, with knowledge of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Family-Based Treatment (FBT).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Client-centered approach that integrates compassion and clinical expertise.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and excellence in client care.
- Minimum of 3–4 days per week; 24–30 hours available per week
- Evening availability: At least 2 days, 4 PM–8 PM

Compensation
- BeWell Health Centers offer a range of competitive compensation consistent with your level of credentialing. Examples of compensation packages include; guaranteed daily rate, base-salary, or practitioner split models.
