Are you a crisis line or distress centre?
We are not a crisis or distress centre. If you require urgent care, or are concerned for the safety of yourself or others, please dial 911 or report to your nearest emergency room. For those in the Downtown Toronto Core, we also recommend the CAMH Emergency Department on Queen Street West.
Do you offer online and in-person therapy?
We are proud to offer both virtual and in-person appointments. All of our in-person team also work virtually, so you are welcome to book according to your needs and comfort.
Do I need a referral?
To see a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, or Social Worker you will never need a referral. Because our Psychiatrists are medical specialists, we require a referral document from your family doctor or GP. There is no cost in requesting a referral. Are your therapy services covered by private insurance or OHIP?
We offer direct billing to insurance when and where we can. All insurance providers have their own requirements and specificities, and we do our best to work within these for the greatest benefit to our patients.
